I'd give it 0 starsif possible.
If you're a military spouse and you like to put up with low pay and admin that doesn't know how to actually do the job you're doing, this is the place for you. Know that you're a sub contractor-- the mil contracted the lowest bidder who then contracted to the lowest bidder- thus the low pay. Make sure you read the contract they offer, everything protects them. Right down to, yeah, you can have vacation time, IF you get your shifts covered (btw, we're way understaffed bc we don't pay, so good luck).
PS - the 5 ⭐ review is by the their Chief of Operations. 😂
*Edit- they may have actually gotten a contract from the military direct and not subcontracting for some positions now.
I had the pleasure of working with French Consulting and can confidently say it was one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my career. The leadership team is supportive, transparent, and truly values its employees. The company culture fosters growth, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose, especially in delivering high-quality services to government clients. I’m grateful for the opportunities I had and the relationships I built during my time there. Highly recommended for both clients and professionals looking for a great organization to work with.
This company preys on military spouses and the lack of opportunities for them to work. The training is none existent beyond the required military training. Communication is also something they lack. The pay is laughable and they do not give raises ever. Multiple issues were brought to their attention only to be dismissed. I cannot recommend working for them.

An amazing close-knit team. Leadership truly cares about everyone on the team. The company's portfolio is expanding quickly, so there's lots of opportunities for growth.
Poor communication, no benefits, and they charge you a half month of pay, meaning you owe them money back if you leave on less than 4 weeks notice, citing "cost of replacing you". As if you are responsible for their hiring costs, the same costs as they would spend if you left with 2, or 3 weeks notice? They get plenty of money and save it by never giving benefits, but still try to take the piddly amount they paid you when you try to leave. Dirty scoundrels.
Sehr inkompetent und unprofessionell. Sorry aber bin sehr enttäuscht..
