We had to relocate expensive hardware from one data center to another. The technical services of the data center do not do any preliminary work in order to prepare the servers for relocation and transportation. We had to look for contractors in Frankfurt. After negotiating with three different companies, we’ve opted for cloudKleyer. Hi everyone! Some time ago we had to buy and place in the data center 2 Cisco ASA 5506 gateways, one for current work, another one as a backup. We’ve been checking out the market and looked for a data center that could provide us with such hardware. We’ve contacted 5 different companies to find the gateways with the same requirements. Someone ignored our queries, someone promised to reply and never did, from someone we received a reply that “we are working on it”, but after that no one contacted us. So we continued our search until we came across CloudKleyer. They responded within 15 minutes! Asked us the clarifying questions and after receiving answers to them - sent a quote the same day. After we paid them, we even did not have to go to the data center – they handled everything by themselves: installed the gateways, connected them, and provided us with remote access to configure devices.
