After a lot of research, demos, etc., cloudlab (or seller) promised heaven and earth on one platform, which at the time sounded perfect for our wishes. After signing the contracts, Covid-19 came up, making training in Dortmund not feasible. Completed a 2.5 day online training which we believe was satisfactory at the time. after that of course not. Obviously, there was a lot on our shoulders that we didn't know about or had the knowledge for at the time, so we started with many questions and topics.
Some related to random and simple questions and some had very important problems (for us), wanting to charge necessary extensions such as payment providers, carriers, etc. afterwards bringing our webshop live; missing production files, updates on payments not syncing, 8 months lead time where the time span should be 1 month as promised, project manager who was not in our favor and many more.
Due to this concurrence of circumstances, we contacted the manager of cloudlab (known to us as Tim G) on 30-08-2022. After a few days of 02-09-2022, an answer was received that a few days were needed to understand all points properly or to answer them correctly. To this day 03-11-2022 (+-4 weeks later) we still waiting for any answer. We believe this shows that no consideration is given to existing customers who have already paid unless it is a shareholder (Cimpres).
Personal opinion is that the Cloudlab service desk works well. I personally address Florian & Patrick. These 2 gentlemen and their colleagues are currently earning more than their rating.
Tolles Unternehmen! Das Team ist engagiert, hilfsbereit, freundlichen und super in der Kommunikation. Man ist immer auf dem Laufenden. Fünf Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig.
