Erfahrungen mit Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH

Candidate beware. This company is not what it seems. Chosen as a candidate for a senior consultant role in the organization, they dragged me through 4 interviews over nearly two months. All interviews went swimmingly, giving me the opportunity to interview directly with tema leads and senior partners.

In my final interview with one senior Partner, we aligned on the starting point, expectations and salary (fixed and bonus parts). After 2 weeks the HR sent me a rejection email with reason, that they currently have no fitting position for me. I was surprized that they took so long with many interviews to find out that they don't have a suitable position for me. Why did they take so long to figure it out wasting my whole time and energy? I found the entire affair to be incredibly unprofessional, all the while feeling throughout this brutal several hours of "interview". I've never felt so disrespected and devalued as an individual or candidate in my entire career. After nearly two months and 4 grueling interviews, I get a rejection email 2 weeks later (not even the courtesy of a call) to notify me that suddenly my "skills and experience are not a match for the type of work Conselion will be doing now or in the near future". It takes 4 interviews to determine this? Unbelievable.

The misleading, disingenuous, and unprofessional conduct of this organization is a stain on it's fabricated "reputation". How I was mistreated is clearly a reflection on the organization and it's culture, so at the end of the day Conselion did me a big favour and likely saved me from a toxic work environment. Good riddance. But, if I can save another candidate from a similar experience, I feel I've accomplished one good deed.
