This is one of the worst places to rent an apartment. Be extremely careful before signing the contract, as it can effectively lock you in for 4–5 years.

The apartments themselves are also in very poor condition. During the summer, they become unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to stay inside comfortably.

If you decide to move to a better apartment, you are either forced to continue paying rent for the remainder of the contract or find a replacement tenant. Even if you find someone to take over the apartment, you are still required to pay the standard three-month deposit as well as an additional two months’ rent as a termination fee.

The person in charge, Mr. Tweer, showed no empathy or understanding throughout the process. Even as a single mother with a child who accepted the apartment out of desperation, my sister in law

was treated no differently. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to read the contract very carefully before signing.
