2026.01.14: I ordered a chair from their b2b webshop on the 15.10.2025, today (3 months later!) I received it finally. Honestly, the most disappointing, frustrating and annoying delivery I have ever experienced. In the first delivery attempt (which was also one month after the order - they did not state it would take so long, I already find this unacceptable and deceptive, when they said on the website that it is "Available") they called me, I was working, so I couldn't pick up immediately, but called back literally 10 minutes later, they told me they were missing the house number, they only have the street and all other parts of the address (apparently I didn't enter it somehow). They said they can't deliver anymore this day. I was thinking okay, I made a mistake, alright. But the next delivery was then again a month later.
What sort of service is this? Still I was like okay, very unfortunate, but that's how it is. Then, when they announced the date via email, I wrote them that I will not be home as I was on vacation that day. I asked for earlier/different delivery day. After the delivery I found out they did not even bother to check my email and still tried to deliver that day. Then, after my frustrated emails, they scheduled another delivery attempt for December 19th, (when I was already away for holidays, but managed to ask someone to take the package that day). And what happened? They just simply did not deliver, without any previous notice, calling, email or whatsoever. Just simply skipped this. And of course haven't heard from them in 2025 anymore despite of sending email to them already that same day afternoon before 17.00. And then finally on this day they managed to get here with the chair I ordered 3 months ago and I wish at this point I never did. And then the delivery guy made me (in a very unprofessional manner, urgently, stressingly) sign the delivery documents in the ground floor, before taking the chair up to the first floor. After I signed he quickly found out a reason why he can't bring the chair up anymore (even though I asked before if he is going to help me - not even if he is going to bring it up, but I offered my help basically in his job - and he said sure, he would do it alone). Of course it was possile to bring it up, because I did it alone by myself in the end. Worst experience ever, I don't even care about the chair anymore, it could be the best chair on the planet I would still never order and never recommend this company to anyone (but it's really far from being such a chair anyways).
Po przyjeździe od razu podjazd pod rampę i zaczął się załadunek, może dlatego że nie było nikogo innego do załadunku lub rozładunku, ale poszło bardzo sprawnie, pracownicy mili, zaproponowali nawet kawę :) Pozwolili także zostawić LKW na kilkanaście minut podczas trwania załadunku żeby można było iść do pobliskiego marketu. Wizyta udana, szybka i miła :)

Sztywne godz rozladunków.
Przyjazd 14:50 i czekanie w biurze meldunkowym do 15:05 bo przechodzący pracownicy udają że Cię nie widzą.
O 15:05 podeszedl jeden z pracowników wziął dokumenty popatrzył potem zetknął na zegarek i usłyszałem morgen.
Rozładunek jednej palety.
Rano sytuacja powtórzyła się.
10 min niewidzialny i następnie rozładunek.
Rozładunek rampą i trwał 5 min.

Straszne gbury pracują na magazynie, nie polecam
